Are you unhappy with your product?
If you need help using the product, we hope that you already have a copy of the instructions. If not, they are available here, listed by model number. If you’ve read the instructions but still need help, please get in touch with our Support Center – see the info on our Contact Us page.
If the product is not functioning correctly, you may want to send it in for service under warranty – learn more here.
Still unhappy with the product? Sorry to hear that.
If you purchased the product directly from us, please call for a Returns Material Authorization (RMA) code before shipping product back to us.
If you purchased the product through a retailer, and decide to return it, we ask that you return it directly to that retailer.
If you are unable to return the product to the retailer, give us a call – we will work with you to come up with a reasonable solution.
